Understanding Our Return & Refund Process

Payments

  • Pricing for all packages is listed on the Pricing Page. Prices may change without prior notice.

Refunds

  • Payments are generally non-refundable unless SocioTraffic fails to deliver the service as described.
  • All other refunds are at SocioTraffic’s sole discretion.
  • Recurring clients may request a pro-rated refund on unused credits for the last month of service if they end their subscription early.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if work has not yet started.
  • If accepted, a full refund will be issued at the discretion of SocioTraffic.

Dispute Resolution

  • Users should use SocioTraffic’s internal dispute resolution system before raising any external dispute.
  • Clients agree not to dispute charges unless internal resolution fails.

Recurring Billing

  • Recurring billing is processed every 30 or 31 days until canceled.
  • Clients may cancel anytime via email, phone, or contact page.
  • Recurring billing continues for 12 months unless canceled earlier. After 12 months, SocioTraffic will re-confirm continuation.
